1. Refund Before Production

Clients may request a full refund if production has not yet started.

Production is considered started once:

• Images have been reviewed

• Concepts have been prepared

• Design work has commenced

• AI generation has begun

2. No Refund After Production Begins

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our services, no refund will be provided once production has started.

This includes:

• AI Portrait Creation

• Save-The-Date Designs

• Cinematic Video Production

• Wedding Website Development

• Digital Invitation Design

3. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted through WhatsApp or Email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Revisions & Corrections

We are committed to client satisfaction.

Reasonable revisions are included as per the selected package.

Additional revisions beyond package limits may incur extra charges.

5. Technical Issues

If a delivered file is corrupted, inaccessible, or incomplete due to our error, we will correct and re-deliver the file at no additional cost.

6. Delays Caused by Client

Refunds will not be applicable for delays caused by:

• Late image submissions

• Missing information

• Delayed feedback

• Changes in project requirements
